Pharma Nest Privacy Policy

Information we handle

• Account information: The phone number associated with your provisioned account, your password when signing in, your account ID, and the pharmacy linked to your account. The app converts the phone number to an internal login identifier for Supabase Authentication. Passwords are sent to the authentication service for verification; this policy does not claim that we can read your password.
• Pharmacy information: Inventory and expiry batches, suppliers, shifts, sales and purchase invoices, sales reports, and replenishment orders. Orders may include an optional recipient phone number, supplier, item and quantity details, follow-up dates, receipt notes, and the account ID of the staff member who created them. Some records originate in the pharmacy's existing system and are synchronized to the service used by the app.
• Notifications: If notifications are enabled, the app obtains a device push token and stores it with your account, pharmacy, and device platform so relevant notifications can be delivered. A registration secret is stored securely on the device to revoke the token later. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and the device platform's push service process notification delivery.
• Device preferences and technical data: Theme and notification preferences are stored on your device. Authentication sessions and push registration details are stored on your device. Network and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, device identifiers, and request metadata needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate and authorize pharmacy staff, display pharmacy records, create and manage replenishment orders, deliver requested notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and operate the app. The app currently does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers and sharing

Supabase provides authentication and database services. Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, together with Apple or Android push infrastructure, supports notifications. These providers process data needed to provide those services. Pharmacy information is available to authorized staff for the relevant pharmacy, subject to access controls.

When you choose to export and share an order as a PDF or spreadsheet, the app opens your device's share sheet. The selected recipient or external app receives the information you choose to share and applies its own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Storage, security, and retention

App connections to Supabase use HTTPS. Access to pharmacy records is restricted by authenticated account and pharmacy membership. Device push registration secrets are kept in secure device storage. No system is perfectly secure.

We keep account and pharmacy records for as long as needed to operate the pharmacy service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Notification registrations are revoked when notifications are disabled or you sign out, subject to network availability; inactive registrations may also be cleaned up by the server. Deletion from backups may follow the backup retention cycle. We do not state a fixed retention period because the pharmacy's operational and legal requirements can vary.

Your choices and requests

You can turn notifications off in the app's settings or your device settings. You can sign out of the app. Accounts are provisioned for authorized pharmacy staff; the app does not provide public account registration. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account or personal information, email ahmednagyhero25@gmail.com. Please identify the phone number associated with your account without sending your password. We will verify your request and handle it subject to applicable legal and pharmacy recordkeeping requirements. If the account is managed by your pharmacy, we may need to coordinate with its administrator.

Children, changes, and contact

Pharma Nest تطبيق لموظفي الصيدليات المصرح لهم لعرض بيانات العمل وإدارة طلبات التوريد. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات في تطبيق أندرويد وiOS.

المعلومات التي نتعامل معها

• بيانات الحساب: رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب المُعدّ لك، وكلمة المرور عند تسجيل الدخول، ومعرّف الحساب، والصيدلية المرتبطة به. يحوّل التطبيق رقم الهاتف إلى معرّف داخلي لتسجيل الدخول عبر Supabase Authentication. تُرسل كلمة المرور إلى خدمة المصادقة للتحقق منها.
• بيانات الصيدلية: المخزون ودفعات الصلاحية، والموردون، والورديات، وفواتير البيع والشراء، وتقارير المبيعات، وطلبات التوريد. قد تتضمن الطلبات رقم هاتف المستلم الاختياري، وبيانات المورد والأصناف والكميات، ومواعيد المتابعة، وملاحظات الاستلام، ومعرّف الموظف الذي أنشأها. تأتي بعض السجلات من نظام الصيدلية الحالي وتُزامن مع الخدمة التي يستخدمها التطبيق.
• الإشعارات: عند تفعيلها، يحصل التطبيق على رمز إشعارات الجهاز ويخزنه مع حسابك وصيدليتك ونوع الجهاز لإرسال الإشعارات ذات الصلة. يُحفظ سر تسجيل الرمز في التخزين الآمن على الجهاز لإلغائه لاحقًا. تعالج خدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging وخدمة إشعارات نظام الجهاز بيانات التسليم.
• تفضيلات الجهاز والبيانات التقنية: تُحفظ تفضيلات المظهر والإشعارات على جهازك، وكذلك جلسة تسجيل الدخول وبيانات تسجيل الإشعارات. قد يعالج مزودو الشبكة والخدمات بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP ومعرّفات الجهاز وبيانات الطلب اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.

كيفية استخدام المعلومات

نستخدم المعلومات للتحقق من هوية موظفي الصيدلية وصلاحياتهم، وعرض سجلات الصيدلية، وإنشاء طلبات التوريد وإدارتها، وإرسال الإشعارات المطلوبة، وحماية الخدمة، ومعالجة المشكلات، وتشغيل التطبيق. لا يتضمن التطبيق حاليًا إعلانات أو أدوات تحليلات خارجية، ولا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية.

مزودو الخدمة والمشاركة

توفر Supabase خدمات المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات. وتدعم Google Firebase Cloud Messaging، مع بنية إشعارات Apple أو Android، إرسال الإشعارات. يعالج هؤلاء المزودون البيانات اللازمة لهذه الخدمات. تتاح بيانات الصيدلية للموظفين المصرح لهم في الصيدلية المعنية وفقًا لضوابط الوصول.

عندما تختار تصدير طلب ومشاركته بصيغة PDF أو جدول بيانات، يفتح التطبيق قائمة المشاركة في جهازك. يتلقى المستلم أو التطبيق الذي تختاره المعلومات التي تشاركها، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصيته. وقد نفصح عن معلومات إذا تطلب القانون ذلك أو لحماية الخدمة ومستخدميها.

التخزين والأمان والاحتفاظ

تستخدم اتصالات التطبيق مع Supabase بروتوكول HTTPS. يُقيّد الوصول إلى سجلات الصيدلية بحسب الحساب المُسجّل وعضويته في الصيدلية. تُحفظ أسرار تسجيل الإشعارات في التخزين الآمن على الجهاز. ولا يوجد نظام آمن بصورة مطلقة.

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والصيدلية ما دامت لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة والوفاء بمتطلبات حفظ السجلات المعمول بها. يُلغى تسجيل الإشعارات عند تعطيلها أو تسجيل الخروج، بحسب توفر الاتصال، وقد يحذف الخادم التسجيلات غير النشطة. قد يستغرق حذف البيانات من النسخ الاحتياطية حتى نهاية دورة الاحتفاظ بها. تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ بحسب احتياجات الصيدلية والمتطلبات القانونية.

خياراتك وطلباتك

يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو الجهاز، كما يمكنك تسجيل الخروج. تُعد الحسابات لموظفي الصيدلية المصرح لهم ولا يتيح التطبيق التسجيل العام. لطلب الاطلاع على حسابك أو معلوماتك الشخصية، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، راسل ahmednagyhero25@gmail.com. اذكر رقم الهاتف المرتبط بحسابك دون إرسال كلمة المرور. سنتحقق من الطلب ونتعامل معه وفق المتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات حفظ سجلات الصيدلية. وإذا كانت الصيدلية تدير الحساب فقد نحتاج إلى التنسيق مع مسؤولها.

الأطفال والتحديثات والتواصل
